What is RPA technology?

What is RPA technology?

Robotic process automation i.e RPA refers to software that can be easily programmed to do basic tasks across applications just as human workers do. RPA software is designed to reduce the burden of repeted simple tasks again and again

RPA technology combined with Three letters such as..

1 - The meaning of R "Robotic" software that mimic human action like click, navigation, thinking.

2 - The  meaning of P is "Process"  sequence of meaningful activities that mean a step to taken in order to achieve an end result.

3 - The meaning of A "Automation" preforming the sequence of steps in a process without human interaction.

Difference between Automation vs RPA :

Nowadays, we are quickly moving towards the modern era, whilst we talk about increasing quantity of jobs are replaced by automation, robotics and artificial intelligence.

Let us fiqure out the basic  difference between automation and rpa

1 - RPA replicates the interaction of human using the same interface as human would where Automation  are directly integrates with the IT (Information Technology) system at a data level.

2 -  RPA technology are simple as well as faster where Automation required complex integration as well as more time taking to required depth technical knowledge.

3 - it is less expensive than automation

4 - work across legacy ERP's, mainframe, custom applications and many other types of IT platforms where automation  specific to the technology used in the application.

5 :- RPA sits on the top of the IT level where automation cannot.

Features of Robotic Process Automation -

Code-Free :

RPA doesn't require programming skills. Employees with any subject expertise can be trained to automate RPA tools instantly. The whole work revolves around RPA chart which provides a flowchart designer to graphically.

 Non distruptive :

An enterprise can easily implement RPA into their workflows without having to disrupt or change the existing structure or risks.

User-Friendly :

RPA does not require a special kind of knowledge, such as coding, programming, or deep IT skills. RPA software is user-friendly, easy to understand, and easy to use. Some of the RPA software includes the option to create and edit bots manually using the Task Editor.

Benefits of RPA -

1 - Lower Operational cost :

RPA helps organizations to save a huge amount of cost as it is typically cheaper than hiring an employee to perform the same set of tasks.

2 - Analytical Capabilities  :

Whenever a process is executed through RPA, a process log is generated. This log contains a lot of Management Information about insights and to take decisions.

3 - Regulatory Adherence :

RPA software works on the logic and data fed to it and does what is only needed as per the given instructions. Hence, there are minimal chances of not complying with the standard regulations.

4 - Better Efficiency :

RPA works faster than human employees as computer software does not need breaks, food, rest, etc, business can have automated processes functioning every day along with high availability.

5 - Employee productivity :

When RPA is implemented in a business, it frees many of its employees who can spend their time working on customer-related services.  It also leads to increased productivity for employees.

6 - Customer Delight :

Customer satisfaction is the cut throat differentiation among the competing companies who want to succeed in business. RPA helps companies Automated tasks which increases efficiency and reduces costs.

So this is Little bit information about the Robotic
Process of Automation.
Do you agree this kind of Technology can help Human beings to lowest effort.
